Lucky for you, we’re here to help you parse out the best deals Costco has to offer as their Holiday Deals season kicks off. Three tranches of deals are coming out, running from November 5th through to the 30th.

Here’s the best of what we’ve found:

#1 Kohler Moxie Showerhead with Wireless Speaker, $40 off (Nov. 5th – Nov. 19th)

Our top deal is a no-brainer. Unlike other brands that throw last year’s models at you on Black Friday, Kohler has upped the ante with $40 off this premium, newly released showerhead. They teamed up with Harman/Kardon on this effort, a sleekly designed speaker-shower option that offers quick and easy Bluetooth pairing with your phone alongside a luxurious 1.75 gallons per minute from multi-directional nozzles. #2 Sony 85″ Class X90CH Series 4K UHD LED LCD TV (Nov. 20th – Nov. 30th)

Traditionally, Black Friday is the best time of year to splurge on a new TV, and 2020 is no different. Costco has a range of options for you to choose from, but our pick here is this massive 85-inch showstopper from Sony. It’s on sale now for $1,969, down from the manufacturer-recommended price of $2,799.99—that’s almost $900 in savings. #3 Type S Wireless Solar-Powered Backup Camera, $50 off (Nov. 20th – Nov. 30th)

There’s no limit on how much you can buy, so feel free to grab a couple extra packs to feed the freezer. If you’re not a beef eater, Costco’s got $8 off packages of boneless pork loin and $5 off packages of Kirkland chicken breasts as well.

#5 Dyson 11 Animal+, $180 off (Nov. 27th – Nov. 30th)

We’ve been lying in wait for the right deal on a Dyson vacuum and we think now is the time to strike. The V11 is Dyson’s top-end line of cordless stick vacuums, and you won’t get a better deal than $180 off the normal price of $579.99. Powerful and portable, it offers twice the suction of any others in its category and up to 60 minutes of fade-free run time. The Animal+ version is specifically designed for those with pets and is tough on fur and dander with an advanced whole-machine filtration system.

Believe it or not, the Costco December 2020 Coupon Book is here! Yes, it feels like we just got the last coupon book, but that’s because we got spoiled with 30 pages of Black Friday deals recently. The dates for the December 2020 Costco coupons are November 23rd through December 24th. When we think of the December 2020 Costco Coupon Book the first thing that comes to mind is Christmas gifts. Unfortunately not a lot of items in this coupon book resonate with us as traditional Christmas gifts. We did just get the Oral-B iO Series 7C Rechargeable Toothbrush and will definitely be getting a price adjustment to take advantage of the $100 off on that item! We’re big fans of the Braun Series 8 Shaver and highly recommend that as well. The Samsung 75″ QLED TV seems like a good deal at $1199. The Phillips Crab Cake Minis are great for holiday parties, although we’re not sure how many parties y’all will be having this year. Still, at $5 off we wouldn’t mind eating a box of 36 to ourselves! The tire coupon is Bridgestone again and is $110 off if you spend up to $699 and $150 off if you spend more.

With the Kohler Moxie Showerhead and Bluetooth Speaker on sale for $40 off during the Costco Black Friday Ad we had to pick one up and review it. That’s 20% off the regular price! The sale ends next week on November 19th, so make sure to read our review now and get one before it’s too late!

Working from home this year has been great. Gone the days of getting stuck in morning traffic, but with all that me-time out the window we’re hopelessly behind on our podcasts and audiobooks. Luckily, here comes the Kohler Moxie speaker-showerhead to help keep our brains up to speed as we get our days started. Kohler is constantly innovating and coming out with new products, and this is the latest and greatest example.

Let’s start with the design and aesthetics. The Moxie experience starts from the moment you get the box in your hands. The speaker comes in a substantial-feeling white box emblazoned with a high-resolution technicolor photo on the front, and unboxing it feels like opening a high-end phone.

Included inside is the showerhead, speaker, a charging dock, a charging cable and some handy plumbing tape. Note that the shower arm isn’t included—keep your old one hooked in or bring home a new one to match the Moxie’s brushed nickel finish. Installation is straightforward, and we got it done quickly without needing any special tools or outside help.

Technical setup is similarly easy. The speaker connects to your phone via Bluetooth, and even with multiple people in our house jumping on and off the connection we never found ourselves getting in each other’s way.

The Moxie sounds fantastic, with the Harman/Kardon internals living up to its premium brand name and “best in class” promise. A specific shower-optimized acoustic profile is available, and the speaker offers plenty of volume and a wide dynamic audio range that easily handles everything from morning news podcasts to bass-heavy rap to classical symphonies featuring delicate string melodies. We can also personally verify that it makes you sound *that much* better while singing in the shower.

The showerhead itself provided a strong, steady flow of water through multi-directional nozzles, pumping out a luxurious 1.75 gallons per minute. Clicky buttons provided a reassuring tactile experience and you can rotate the unit to raise or lower it by a few inches.

The speaker itself is waterproof, with a robust IPX-7 rating, and a sturdy magnet-enabled mount makes it easy to remove and charge the central unit. You can even take the speaker out and bring with you if you’re in need of some beats on the go. Kohler advertises up to nine hours of playback at a time, which seemed to match our experience.

One thing we kept coming back to was the look: our eyes were drawn to it every time we entered the bathroom. Like all Kohler products, the Moxie is exquisitely crafted, and the partnership here with Harman/Kardon is perfect—both companies are known for making beautiful objects. The speaker grille nests seamlessly within the rings of water jets, and the integrated two-piece design adds an air of sophistication.

After using the Kohler Moxie for a couple days we are very happy we picked it up in the Costco sale and highly recommend it. If you’ve already got one, you might consider sharing the love… the holidays are just around the corner!

Costco’s always great, but we love it even more when it gets us access to some exclusive goodies. Darigold FIT organic milk is the latest and greatest example. It’s just launched in 20 select stores in Oregon and Washington, with a national rollout coming soon.

To be honest, we’ve never thought too much about our milk. It’s a staple in our home, something to enjoy at breakfast and maybe in the evening with some after-dinner chocolate chip cookies. Good thing then that Darigold’s been hard at work on this front.

The dairy cooperative is pushing the boundaries of innovation with their FIT milk line, which includes chocolate, whole, 2% and an organic variety that’s only available at Costco. Using an ultra-filtration process, it’s lactose-free and contains 75% more protein (14g per cup) and 40% less sugar than regular 2% milk. In short, it concentrates the good stuff and lets you get away with a couple more late night monster cookies. Perfect for a family trying to shift towards a healthier daily diet.

We were especially enticed with the organic angle—not only for its Costco exclusivity but because Darigold was so clear and transparent about its process. The product is certified by Oregon Tilth, and the company’s production is entirely free of artificial growth hormones.

The overall pitch was probably enough for us to give it a try, but if you’re not convinced, head out for some free tasters at Costco. We all know that samples have been in short supply in 2020, but don’t worry, you’ll be fully taken care of with sealed, single-serving bottles heading out to product demos happening through November.

Now on to the meat of it—how’s the milk? It comes in a familiar blue-and-white carton, with all its benefits smartly marked in that signature Darigold font. On opening, it poured smooth and straight into a bowl of our family’s favorite cereal. The verdict? Unanimous from all four of us. It’s rich, creamy and silky, with no less taste or texture but added nutritional benefit. A healthy, protein-packed product we don’t even have to sneak past the kids.

My partner and I then frothed some up for our morning lattes, and honestly, we loved it. It foamed up great and tasted wonderful. We didn’t feel like we were giving up anything at all, unlike so many other “health-plus” versions of products we’ve tried recently. We’ve even baked cakes and mac and cheese with it with great results. It’s really hard to notice the difference in taste, if there is one at all.

The whole thing got us looking more into Darigold, and the more we looked into it the more we were impressed. Formed in 1918, as a Northwest Dairy cooperative, the brand is now one of the biggest dairy producers in America, annually producing 9 billion pounds of milk alongside a wide variety of top-quality products, from milk to butter to sour cream and cottage cheese. The cooperative structure helps each family-owned farm retain its independence while giving it access to distribution throughout the Northwest, and gives shoppers a chance to easily and consistently support local products. It even has a goal of becoming carbon-neutral by 2050.

We just posted the Costco Black Friday 2020 Ad and have all the details for you! This years Costco Black Friday Ad is 30 pages long and is comprised of 4 different sets of deal dates. When you click the link above it will take you right to the ad scan pages so you can enlarge them and launch a slideshow. Costco calls it the Holiday Savings flyer but we like to call it the Black Friday ad since it has all the Black Friday Deals Costco will offer. The first section is green and includes online and warehouse savings from November 5th through November 19th. The second section is blue and is valid from November 20th through November 30th. The third section is light blue and is Thanksgiving Day, November 26th and is online savings. Costco is closed on Thanksgiving Day, so that makes sense. The last section is red and is November 27th (Black Friday) through November 30th. There are also some great deals in the overlapping Costco November 2020 Coupon Book, which runs through November 22nd. One great example is the LG OLED TV deal. If you haven’t jumped on the Instant Pot bandwagon yet, now might be the time at $20 off, making it only $59.99.
