As usual, Costco Insider is the first one to publish the upcoming Costco July 2019 Coupon Book. The July 2019 Costco coupons will be valid from June 26th through July 28th. The July 2019 Costco coupon book is interesting to say the least. There are not many deals that jump out to us initially. The second page is all about appliance deals for July 4th. The third page is $150 off a MacBook Air. We’re big fans of the Portofino Modern Sling patio sets by RST Brands, so at $800 off we’d highly recommend it. The tire coupon has moved back to Bridgestone, and is $100 off instead of the usual $70.

We have just published an early preview of the Costco May and June 2019 Coupon Book. The May and June 2019 Costco coupons will run from May 22nd through June 16th. The May and June 2019 Costco coupon book definitely has some deals worth mentioning this month. We really like the Portofino products, so we’re excited to see some of their patio furniture on sale this month. There are a lot of snacks on sale, including our favorite Edward Marc Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Snappers. Most of us dearly miss the Hebrew National hot dogs that used to be in the foodcourt and the packages will be $3 off this month. You really can’t go wrong with the block of Dubliner cheese. If you haven’t tried Dubliner before you won’t regret it. While we personally love Bai here at Costco Insider we know there’s a lot of Spindrift fans out there, and both will be on sale this month. The tire coupon is Michelin and includes the additional $60 off with the Costco Visa card for a total of $130 off.

EDIT 5/19/2019: Now $60 off through 5/28/2019!

The second we laid eyes on the KidKraft Cedar Summit Country Vista Playhouse we knew we needed it in our backyard. We didn’t necessarily have a place for it, but as almost all loyal Costco members have done before, we bought first and asked questions later. Thanks so much to our friends at KidKraft for supplying us one that we were able to review for all you faithful readers. We can happily say it’s been thoroughly kid-tested and mother-approved and has passed with flying colors. Our 15-month-old daughter has played with it extensively and it seems really safe! Older kids, such as our 5-year-old niece, love it as well. The kids now always want to come over and play in the backyard. Going from not having that at all to being the one that has the fun thing they beg to come over and play with is pretty great.

KidKraft Cedar Summit Country Vista in Costco

We were quite shocked by the number of pieces in the KidKraft Cedar Summit Country Vista Playhouse when we opened the box. It’s definitely a project to put it together, but a pretty fun one at that. We didn’t count but we probably put in somewhere between 100 and 200 screws. The attention to detail in the build process and instructions were quite impressive. We were never really confused about what we were doing next when following the steps. By yourself you can assemble it in roughly 3 hours. The instructions suggest two people put it together, but it can be done by yourself if you use clamps to hold things together while you’re screwing everything together. Everything was labeled really well too.

After assembling we noticed small details that we definitely appreciated. Every time we thought our daughter was going to smash her hands we noticed the doors were designed to avoid that, with gaps just large enough to avoid a lot of crying. The magnet system used on the doors is really nice too, strong enough to keep them shut but easy enough for our 15-month-old daughter to still open. The bay window is really cool, but would easily catch water on a rainy day. Thankfully that was also thought of and KidKraft put drainage holes in the bottom of it. The fresh smell of the cedar wood resonated through our garage before we assembled the product, speaking to the quality of the material used.

The KidKraft Cedar Summit Country Vista Playhouse is only $299.99 in Costco stores throughout the country. While not available in every Costco store, it is available in most. It is also available online on Costco.com. There is also a much larger playset in a lot of Costco warehouses called KidKraft Cedar Summit Copper Ridge. It sells for $999.99 and includes two sets of slides, is three stories tall, and has a swing set as well. We haven’t tried that one yet, but having now reviewed another KidKraft Cedar Summit product, we can rest assured that it’s a quality product that is built to last and built for fun.

There are lots of interesting deals we would like to mention in the April 2019 Costco Coupon Book. First of all, the Kirkland Signature Daily Facial Towelettes are absolutely amazing and we highly recommend them. Getting $4 off on them is a no-brainer. There are a few pages of summer items for the backyard such as Scott’s Lawn Food at $10 off and Coppertone Sunscreen at $4 off. With allergy season upon us there are a lot of allergy medicines on sale as well. The Costco tire coupon has switched back to $70 off Michelin this month.

We like many of the deals that are in the March 2019 Costco Coupon Book. As we mentioned on the Upcoming Costco Coupon Books page, the Kirkland Signature Jelly Belly’s are $4 off. The Sanders Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels are one of our favorite Costco products, so definitely glad to see it in the coupon book this month. Since it’s seasonal we always make sure to stock up when we start to see the star on the price tag. The Costco tire coupon for this month is $100 off Bridgestone tires and installation.

There’s a new product in Costco stores and we couldn’t wait to give it a try. The That’s it. Organic Dark Chocolate Fig Truffle Bites are now in most stores in LA, San Diego, Bay Area, Colorado, Texas, Arizona, and a few other locations sprinkled in. We have a list below of all current locations. Thankfully That’s It was able to provide us with a bag to try. They consist of only two ingredients, fig and dark chocolate. We love how they’re Paleo Friendly, Fair Trade Certified, Non-GMO, Kosher, Organic, Gluten-Free, and Allergen Friendly! It’s hard to fit a product into all those categories and That’s it not only managed to do that but to make an amazing delicious product in the process. What’s also really nice about the truffles is that they’re only 22 calories and 3g of sugar per truffle. We have to say, for such a healthy version of a dessert we are quite impressed.

We began our review process quite impressed on our first bite. The texture with the fig is just right, with a little bit of crunchiness yet still very smooth. With the That’s it Organic Dark Chocolate Fig Truffles using 64% cacao dark chocolate you satisfy the chocolate craving without having it be overly sweet. This also allows you to eat more due to the low volume of sugar. On the other hand, the truffles have a long finish to them (is that only a wine term?), which keeps you satisfied much longer compared to most truffles.

That’s It Nutrition Facts

Another benefit to the That’s it Organic Dark Chocolate Fig Truffle Bites is that you get 5 grams of fiber, 2mg of iron, 357mg of potassium, and a dose of antioxidants in every serving. For those chocolate aficionados, we wanted to mention the quality of ingredient here. We think the chocolate is very high quality from a taste perspective. We also love that it’s socially responsible (certified fair trade) and perfectly balanced – not too bitter and not too sweet. In the end, we love the guilt free feeling we have after consuming a few of these for dessert and look forward to having them in our lives regularly. Leave a comment if you’ve tried them as well!

One of our favorite items to buy that will be on coupon is the Robert Irvine Fit Crunch Whey Protein Bars. The Costco tire coupon is $70 off Michelin again.
