The first Costco Black Friday 2014 ad is now posted. There are 87 deals in total in the Pre-Holiday coupon book. Clicking the link above will allow you to view the PDF, download it, or print it out if you’d like. The first four pages run from November 21st through December 1st, which encompasses Black Friday weekend. The next four pages run from November 21st through November 26th, ending a day before the Thanksgiving holiday. The last three pages are online only offers valid from November 21st through November 27th, which includes Thanksgiving day in case you want to do some online shopping that day. The Costco stores will not be open on Thanksgiving day (bucking a controversial trend). All of these items are Instant Savings and will not require a clipped coupon in order to take advantage of them. The prices in this coupon book are reflective of the Bay Area Costco region and may not reflect final price at your Costco location. It’s an exciting time of year to be a Costco member as there are plenty of deals to be had. Also take a peak at the November Coupon Book, which is also running right now. Starting on Thursday is the November 2014 Costco Coupon Book and it is available now for your viewing pleasure. If you’d like to take a look at it before it begins you can plan your upcoming shopping trips and make sure you don’t buy items now that will be on sale next week. Clicking the link above will allow you to view, download, or print the coupon book out. The new coupons will run from October 30th through November 23rd. The October coupon book will be valid through October 26th if you’d still like to take advantage of those deals as well. The only items that will require a physical coupon book or the app is the glasses deal, the holiday cards, and the photo greeting cards. Compared to the October coupon book this one is not quite as good. I believe this to be pretty common for the November coupon book as Costco saves their best deals for Black Friday. The first Costco Black Friday ad scan is now available if you want to start planning your Christmas shopping. As far as some of the better deals in this flyer there is a heated throw for only $23.99, the Philips Sonicare Replacement Brush Heads 6pk for $10 off to make them $39.99, and the Naked Juice variety pack at $4 off. Some other seasonal items that might be good to buy include a slow cooker at $10 off, the KitchenAid mixer at $60 off, Lindt truffles, and the temporal artery thermometer. The Gold Toe socks are always a great value, especially after $3 off. As for myself I’ll likely pick up some Opti-free contact solution and a Starbucks Frappuccino pack. The Naked Juice pack could also be interesting to try. For November and December the tire coupon is Bridgestone.

If you’ve bought something recently that goes on sale starting October 30th I’d recommend bringing your receipt into the store, going to membership, and asking for a price match. For your early viewing pleasure I have the October 2014 Costco Coupon Book available now. This gives you the chance to plan your upcoming shopping trips in advance and figure out what to wait to buy in the store. There’s a few items of interest in this coupon book. The 46″ and 55″ Samsung Smart LED TV’s are both $130 off. If you’re in the market for a Dyson vacuum this could be a good time to get one at $70 off. The Dyson Hot + Cool Heater fan is very nice, although still probably too expensive for most despite the $65 off. I love the Braun Series 7 Shaver and highly recommend it. I also hear of interest in the Craisins and the Potstickers. As for myself, I may check out the Vizio Sound Bar. I like that it does Bluetooth and that the Subwoofer is wireless. I also really like the Head Multisport Gloves they get every year, and my last pair ripped, so I might get some at $3 off. I’ve been wanting to try the Kirkland Signature Ravioli Lasagna, so this will likely be the push I need to try it. As predicted, the tire coupon is once again Michelin. That means it will be Bridgestone in the November Costco coupon book.

Starting on Launch Day (September 19th, 2014) you’ll be able to buy the iPhone 6 and 6+ in store at Costco. Supplies are very limited so you should definitely get there right when they open if you want one. There will also be a special discount deal available. You’ll get $20 off the list price. You’ll also receive a special accessories package, which from what I’ve heard will include a case, a car charger and a car mount. That is a great value considering Apple does not regularly discount their products. The case will only come in the special promotion tomorrow (Launch Day).

Your mileage may vary, but my local store will be doing a ticketing system. So, you show up, get a number, and then when they get to your number they’ll call you to the kiosk. This will prevent having a long line and allow you to shop (and sample!) around the store while waiting. They also said they’ll have no 128GB models and no space grey models. I think it will definitely vary from store to store. Some stores said they won’t get any 6 Plus iPhones in. They do expect some for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. You will have to sign a new 2 year contract. One benefit you will get at California Costcos is that you won’t have to pay tax on the full retail price, unlike at Apple or another store. Lastly, I will warn you to make sure your grandfathered unlimited data plan will transfer over if you have one. It was not an option when people ordered through Costco online.

On September 4th the September 2014 Costco Coupon Book will begin. If you’d like to look at the coupons early before they start and see what you want to wait to buy or plan your next trip ahead of time you can now do so. The new September coupons will run from Thursday September 4th through Sunday September 28th. As is the new norm, no in-store items require the coupon book (besides photo center). Nothing in this coupon book really stands out as being an amazing deal. There are Keurig K-Cup Packs at $5 off, as well as Starbucks Via at $3.25 off and Starbucks Frappuccino at $3 off, so basically all the coffee lovers are covered. Another couple interesting items to note are the Muscle Milk at $7 off and the Fiber One bars at $3.60 off. As for myself, I’m really curious about the Flameless LED Candle Variety Pack, which seems like a fantastic deal at $15.99 for 11 candles. Unfortunately that’s the only item of interest to me this month. The tire coupon has switched back to Michelin this month. You may also notice that it has a different time period than the rest of the coupon book, extending past Sunday September 28th and going through Wednesday October 1st. That surely means that the October coupon book will start Thursday October 2nd, as to avoid having a gap between tire coupon availability.

Starting next Thursday, August 7th, is the August 2014 Costco Coupon Book. Here is an early preview of it in case you want to see what to wait to buy until the coupons start or plan your shopping ahead of time. The new coupon book will run from Thursday August 7th through Sunday August 31st. There is something in this coupon book which I find a little unique. The Finish Powerball Tabs and Finish Jet-Dry are buy one get one free (BOGO), which makes them a great deal. Also of note is that Huggies are on sale, which makes them a pretty good deal as well. The discount on the Bounty paper towels is a little bigger than normal at $4 off and it’s a good time to stock up on Honey Bunches of Oats. I will try the Glad trash bags because I need some new ones and I’ve never tried them. I will also check my Ziploc inventory and stock up if I’m low. I could really use some more laundry detergent, but not sure if I want to try Tide or stick with Costco’s Kirkland Signature. I REALLY like the ZonePerfect bars, and was surprised when they went out of stock last month, but it looks like it’s because they redid the packaging, so I am very excited to see they are coming back. They come in Fudge Graham and Chocolate Peanut Butter and both flavors are fantastic! For the last month of two, the tire coupon is Bridgestone, which means Michelin is coming up in the September coupon book.

Out now is the new July 2014 Costco Coupon Book which starts Thursday July 10th. If you click the link above it will allow you to view, download, or print the coupon book out. It’s nice when there are only four days between coupon books, since the June 2014 coupons ended just last Sunday. The coupon book runs from Thursday July 10th to Sunday August 3rd. One thing that is different this month is that the tire coupon does not end on Sunday the 3rd. It actually goes to Wednesday the 6th, which makes me think that the August 2014 Costco Coupon Book will start on Thursday the 7th. That way Costco can always have a tire coupon running. We’ll have to wait and see if that is the case. Not much to write home about except maybe the Oral-B replacement brush heads. As for myself, might pickup the Starbucks Frappuccino if it’s a decent price after the $3 off. I’ve also wanted contact lens solution for a while, so I might pickup a box of that at $4 off, probably Opti-Free. I also like getting the Grilled Chicken Sandwiches and having them for lunch and adding avocado and bbq sauce. The tires are now back to Bridgestone, and will assuredly run for the July and August coupon books.
