As usual, we’re the first to bring you the upcoming Costco September 2025 Coupon Book! This months Costco coupons are valid from August 25th through September 21st. What’s strange this month is that the coupons start on a Monday instead of a Wednesday, so there’s no gap between coupon books. The September 2025 Costco coupon book is very interesting! This month brings back the much beloved Procter & Gamble Shop Card Promo. If you spend $100 on Procter and Gamble items at Costco between August 25th and September 21st then you can submit your receipts for a free $25 Costco Shop Card. If you spend $200 on P&G items then you can get a $50 Costco Shop Card. There are over 70 P&G items at Costco that are eligible and the only things excluded are Braun, SK-II and all P&G items over $80. One easy way to qualify is to stock up on Charmin Toilet Paper, or Bounty Paper Towels. We wrote about some strategies to easily get a $25 Costco Shop Card in the past, so check it out if you want some ideas, even though prices have changed over 4 years.
