More BS – bad enough they under hire cashiers and turn customers into free cashiers to empower the customer (that is what they say) – then at the exit they check your cart like you were a thief – hardly anyone says thank you for shopping at Costco – as a white man i am usually singled out by the checkout exit guards – and they count and flip every item i purchase – i feel so violated.
